Payment and Cancellation

A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your date.  Full payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to your booked date.  You can log in to your booking at an point to make installment payments prior to the final due date.  There is no refund on bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior however cancellations prior to this will have any amount paid above the deposit fully refunded.

Any bookings affected by Covid restrictions or lock downs can be postponed free of charge, subject to availability of your new date.  If you decide to completely cancel your booking the standard cancellation policy will apply.

Delivery and Pick Up

Free delivery within 20km of Griffin, 4503 only applies when including one of the following in your booking:

  • Photo Booth
  • Full Size Cart
  • Kids Cart

If you would like items other than those listed above delivering, a flat fee of $100 + gst applies which includes delivery, set up & collection within 20km of Griffin, 4503.  For distances further than this, please use the above calendar and enter your delivery address in the booking form to calculate the total.

To instantly make a booking for pick up, please select the date of pick up, not your event date.  Pick up/return times will be confirmed in the days prior to pick up. All pick up bookings are for a 3 day hire (including day of pick up and return) unless agreed otherwise.
