Payment and Cancellation

A 20% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure your date. Full payment must be received no later than 14 days prior to your booked date. You can log in to your booking at an point to make installment payments, with no minimum amount, prior to the final due date. There is no refund on bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior however cancellations prior to this will have any amount already paid above the non refundable deposit refunded.

Delivery and Pick Up

Free delivery within 20km of North Lakes, 4509 only applies for the following items:

Photo Booth
Full Size Cart
Kids Cart

If you would like items other than those listed above delivering, a flat fee applies (listed on the item page) which includes delivery, set up & collection within 20km of North Lakes, 4509. For distances further than this, please use the above calendar and enter your venue address in the booking form to calculate the total.

There is only 1 delivery fee paid no matter how many items you are booking. This will be the higher of any applicable delivery fees.

To instantly make a booking for pick up, please select the date of pick up, not your event date. Pick up/return times will be confirmed in the days prior to pick up. All pick up bookings are for a 3 day hire (including day of pick up and return) unless agreed otherwise.
